Zurich, Switzerland — March 6 — MERA, a software services provider with 30 years’ history, has announced that One Equity Partners (OEP), a middle-market private equity firm, became a majority equity owner of MERA. Furthermore, MERA will be forming a combination with Orion Business Innovation (“Orion”), another OEP’s portfolio company, to create an entity with the leading capabilities in the outsourced software development industry.
