April 27 – Moscow, Russia – Avaya, a global provider of solutions for business development, organized Avaya Engages Moscow forum. Over 600 Russian partners and customers of Avaya attended the event. At the forum venue, leading industry experts spoke about prospects for further development of the telecommunications market and shared experience of implementing successful projects.
By being the R&D partner for Avaya for over 20 years, MERA was invited to the forum as a speaker. Two reports about open API and SDK for Avaya products were presented in two sections: Video solutions and Unified Communications.
Oleg Efimov, MERA technical expert, spoke about “Client Web Services and API” for Avaya Aura Conferencing – audio and video web conferencing system. Via examples, he demonstrated how the use of AAC web services allows to expand and automate existing AAC functions or implement your own.
The second presentation was devoted to the new Avaya Breeze (Client) SDK. Denis Dobryaev, MERA project manager, demonstrated how with the help of SDK you can develop and quickly deploy customized collaborative applications and how to implement communication possibilities into your own application.
