MERA for the second consecutive year was selected to the Global Services 100 list representing the companies who have the maturity and capability to lead the next wave of services globalization.
February 06, 2008 – MERA, an Eastern Europe’s leader in Telecom software R&D services, for the second consecutive year was selected to the Global Services 100 list representing the companies who have the maturity and capability to lead the next wave of services globalization. MERA is also listed in the “Top 10 Companies to Watch in Emerging European Markets” category.
The Global Services 100 list is comprised of the world’s most innovative providers of business and technology services. Judges from Global Services magazine team up with outsourcing experts at neoIT, a consulting firm that specializes in services globalization, to identify and evaluate the leading service providers located on four continents. The evaluation is based upon data presented by the service providers and third parties regarding their operations, service offerings, client relationships and human capital. Winners are selected in each of 10 categories including service-delivery areas such as IT services, customer care and business process outsourcing. Winners are selected in regions such as Eastern Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
“The Global Services 100 list, brought out by Global Services and neoIT, has grown to be a highly credible listing of global IT services and BPO companies. The list helps service buyers leapfrog the request-for-information stage and the category winners almost always make it to the RFP stage in a service deal. That’s the unique advantage a Global Services 100 company enjoys,” says Ed Nair, Editor, Global Services.
“We are honored to be recognized in the Global Services 100 for the second consecutive year. This result is a fact that proves MERA’s continued commitment to excellence and its dynamic development”, – says Igor Piruyan, Vice President at MERA.
Global Services and neoIT will present the awards to the category winners at the 2008 Global Services Conference being held on March 12th, 2008 at Marriott Marquis, Times Square, New York, U.S.A.
