The Android-based solution helps businesses which use offsite agent solutions to handle incoming voice contacts without access to PC and desk phone. MERA Mobile Agent changes the agent`s status (Ready & Not Ready) based on the situation, provides reason details while the status is “Not Ready”, allows to answer and drop incoming and active calls, put calls on hold, retrieve and forward them.
The application is compliance-tested for compatibility with Avaya Communication Server 1000E R7.6, Avaya Aura® Contact Centre R6.4 and Avaya Aura® Offsite Agent R6.2.
