TL 9000 audit embraced nearly all MERA's organizational units and respective business processes. It confirmed that MERA Quality Management System is compliant with the updated TL 9000 Standard Requirements (Release 5.5) for provision of outsourced software development, testing and maintenance services.
TL 9000 standards is a set of quality management requirements and measurements for telecommunications hardware, software and services. It is the most influential Telecom Industry quality standard developed by the Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecommunications (QuEST) Forum as the industry's extension to ISO 9001:2008.The BSI assessment has confirmed that MERA meets all the requirements of this standard.

In the course of the Audit, carried out by BSI Group, the following processes were examined: general quality management, contract review and bid management, communication with customer, as well as the processes of software development, maintenance and testing. According to the audit report, the company’s strong points include professionally established software development and testing processes, high efficiency of the internal audit process, high level of overall knowledge and commitment of the personnel. MERA has confirmed its compliance with TL9000-V R5.5/R5.0 requirements at all stages of the software development process – from requirements analysis and software design to producing the code and software testing. The obtained Certificate will be valid up to 2018.
