Alex Bogachek, Chief Executive Officer
Alex joined MERA in 1998 when the company was still in its infancy. During nine years with the company, he was actively nurturing MERA into one of the leading software development companies. Alex spent the following 11 years working for US-based companies and managing a variety of business functions. In January 2018, he returned to MERA in the role of CEO to ensure the company’s growth and prosperity on a global scale. Alex has an MS degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod.
Sergei Drozhilkin, Chief Executive Officer
Sergei Drozhilkin has been with MERA since the beginning, starting in 1989 as a lead software developer. In 2001, he was appointed Chief Technology Officer, and in 2007 to the post of Vice President of Operations. He became CEO in 2015. Sergei earned his Master of Science in Engineering degree from the Technical University of Nizhny Novgorod, Russia and continued to work there as a researcher and teacher until joining MERA. His studies included work on advanced antenna measurements and signal processing.
Konstantin Nikashov, Chief Executive Officer at MERA Software Services (USA)
Since 2006, Konstantin has been responsible for developing strategic business directions, as well as coordinating partnerships and key customer relations—including long-term partnerships with world technology leaders. He has been a major part of MERA’s growth into a leading provider of software R&D. Konstantin joined MERA from Commercial Information Networks where he was Chief Technology Officer. He received his Master of Science in Engineering degree from the Technical University of Nizhny Novgorod in Russia.
Juerg Lohri, Chief Financial Officer
Juerg Lohri joined MERA as CFO with 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He previously held senior positions in international finance, including European Controller for Unisys, a global IT service provider. His experience includes large-scale enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, establishing quality assurance systems, and developing and improving business models. Juerg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
Igor Piruyan, Chief Operating Officer
Igor has over 30 years of experience working for technology-based companies and research institutes, including 15 years of Executive management. Prior to MERA, he worked at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Russia, leading the development of internal software and IT infrastructure. Igor holds a Master degree in Mathematics and Computer science.
Alexey Istomin, General Manager at MERA Russia
Alexey began his career at MERA in 2001, starting out as an engineer. He worked his way up to become a director of one MERA departments in 2016. Throughout these years, Alexey has been fostering the company’s expertise in various domains, particularly Industrial IoT and Automotive. In the role of General Manager at MERA Russia, he plans to concentrate on business growth with key clients, MERA’s competence development, and efficient performance. Alexey holds a Master’s degree in Automated Systems for Information Processing and Control.
Snezana Radovic, General Manager at MERA Serbia
Snezana Radovic started her career at MERA Serbia in 2016 and a year later was promoted to General Manager of MERA Serbia. As General Manager, Snezana plans to focus on the company's growth in Serbia. Snezana has ten years of experience in managing the customer support sector, which she gained working in renowned international companies. She graduated from the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade.
Andrey Ragin, General Manager at MERA Lithuania
Andrey is an experienced professional with over 15 years’ history of working in the IT industry. Before joining MERA as Program Manager, Andrey held senior positions in established Telecom companies where he acquired large-scale program management and business planning skills. In 2018, Andrey was appointed General Manager of MERA’s branch in Lithuania. In this role, he will be responsible for setting up and running operations in Vilnius. Andrey holds an engineer’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
